Subscriptions:

What's included?

Two 12 ounce bags of our delicious granola delivered to you once a month for the term of your subscription.

When delivered?

We ship our subscriptions in the first full week of each month.

Is shipping extra?

Shipping is included in your monthly subscription.

Can I suspend the subscription for a month?

Yes - if you'd like to skip a month, just send an email to us at info@chateaulagranola.com by the 25th of the month before the month you'd like to skip.  Include "subscription skip next month" in the subject line of your email.  Your subscription will be extended by one month.  Please include your name and phone number in the email.

Will I always get the same flavors each month?

Yes, unless you select to change them as indicated below.

Can I change flavor choices during the subscription?

Yes - if you'd like to change flavors for future months, just send an email to us at info@chateaulagranola.com by the 25th of the month before the the month you'd like to start the change.  Include "subscription change flavor" in the subject line of your email.  Your flavors will be adjusted for the next and future months of your subscription.  Flavor choices for changes are limited to those flavors available on the Chateau La Granola website at the time you request the change.  Please include your name and phone number in the email.

If my subscription term has completed and has converted to month to month, how do I cancel it when I want to?

Just send an email to us at info@chateaulagranola.com by the 25th of the month before the the month you'd like to stop.  Include "subscription cancel" in the subject line of your email.  Please include your name and phone number in the email.
